April 24, 2014 – Resnick Law Group Lawsuit Is Featured in New Jersey Newspapers

On March 20, 2014, the Resnick Law Group filed a Complaint against North Brunswick in the Superior Court of New Jersey on behalf of a supervisor with the Public Works Department. The lawsuit, which alleges retaliation, violation of the New Jersey Civil Rights Act, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent intentional infliction of emotional distress, has garnered early press attention in New Jersey newspapers.
