July 24, 2015 – Another Resnick Law Group Victory in the News

On July 24, 2015, the Resnick Law Group successfully opposed a motion to dismiss in New Jersey State Court, Morris County. The motion involved significant constitutional arguments under the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment (the separation of church and state), as well as the Charitable Immunity Act.
